Returns - Exchanges
U.S. online purchases only. International returns are not available at this time.
Please note: we provide return labels in case of damage, warranty, or wrong item exchanges only. For regular returns and exchanges, you are responsible for shipping to us and we will take care of the shipping fee when sending it back to you.
You can process the return/exchange within 30 days of the item being received by emailing us at info@hivemart.com. Item must be in the original package and have tags attached with a copy of your receipt. You will receive a RA # and return address.
